The coffee bean for a balanced cup of coffee
For a harmonious coffee experience in all preparations
It is not easy to develop a coffee blend that fits perfectly into all coffee preparations. After all, specialties prepared with milk are in balance with a strong coffee, while for espressos you look for a bean with more delicate notes. Our own house burner, however, succeeded with conviction.
The Hipresso Green is a 50/50 composition consisting of Brazilian Alta Mogiana Franca and Supremo 18 Sierra Madre, an Arabica from Colombia. The Brazilian bean softens the acid profile of the Colombian Arabica and leaves lingering pleasant sensations of cocoa and honey in the mouth, in harmony with a slight bitterness. The wonderful mix of spicy and sweet aromas is completed by the soothing dark hazelnut cream that appears in the cup.
Supremo 18 Sierra Madre
The Arabica beans from Santander, Colombia, are grown on perfectly lit plantations at an altitude between 1300 and 1700 meters. The very favorable topographical properties of the territory make this a bean to dream of. The taste is round and full, with a balanced acidity and a lingering sweet aftertaste.
Alta Mogiana Franca
In the municipalities of Franca and Pedregulho in Brazil, there is a magnificent area where coffee with absolutely unique properties is grown. The Alta Mogiana Franca has been an essential part of the best Italian blends for many years and we are proud that our roaster is allowed to use this bean. The sweetness is unparalleled and the coffee has a low acidity, notes of cocoa and a full, round body.
